Instead of having dude email the message and the body as the error part, would it be possible to have it send the error in the subject. We use an sms relay app which only shows who it is from and what the subject is, then it you have to go and download the sms email with your phone which takes forever so you can see the body. By then the phonecalls have started and the customer is &^%$#@! me out.

this feature will be in next release of dude - you will be able to put
variables in subject also.

If you click the settings button (top left) click polling, click the ... button, double click the notification that you want to change the subject for... add or remove any number of things to the subject and body...
