I'm running dude on Windows Vista 64 bit. Now I want to migrate my computer to Windows 8 Pro but I don't know if Dude 3.6 is compatible with it ( especially ping probe ).

I have dude agents on RB433 version 3.6, If I upgrade Dude server to 4.0 Beta will they work ? Should I upgrade them ( I don't know if they will work because there is info on Dude site : Note: v4beta3 PPC package is currently not working )

RB433 is not PPC, PPC is RB800 and RB1100 etc.

I just tested, and my simple Dude setup had no trouble upgrading v3.6 to v4beta2

Yes V4beta3 works with no problem with 4beta3 agents At the moment I have some other stuff that I'm not sure if it's compatible with Windows 8. But I hope I will upgrade to Windows 8 soon and I hope ther will be no problems with dude V4beta3.

But my PC not yet work with Ping probe, it still has the problem with ping probe during i add device. I also use dude 4beta3 on window 8 also.
