Dude on pc/x86

Tue Sep 23, 2014 3:35 pm

Hi everyone.I installed the x86 routerOS version 5.18 on a windows7. Dragged and dropped dude-3.6.npk into the file section of the router but after rebooting the router, the dude remains in the file section and not in system packages, and as such remains inaccessible from the client side. What do i need to do to get the dude to work??? Please help!

If you want to run dude on a win7 OS you need the .exe files to install as windows software.

Is this your setup? or you are running RouterOS as a virtual machine?
