I would like to add on the product label an activity time information in the last 30 days, for example Uptime SLA 99.95%.
I do not know if it's possible to search the inactivity of information on the device report, is that possible?

You could subtract uptime from days in the month and if uptime > days in month SLA is 100%.

Now to figure out how to get days in month... you might be able to use string sub_string...

Uptime of the device means when it was booted last time. It says nothing about the service provided.
