Good morning dear Mikrotik wizards,

we've been using The Dude as our network monitoring system for last several years. Currently we have 4.0beta3. The problem is, we're monitoring several hosts, several links and Dude says ping doesn't work to some of the particular hosts (see picture below, please). Therefore we don't have accurate statistics and wrong data. Other issue is, we used to use email notifications when something went down. However, there were time windows during the day, when one of the network maps we monitor falsely reported everything is down (via email). Two minutes after, another wave of emails comes and it says everything is okay again. Could the reason be that our monitoring server runs as virtual machine and it is backed up once a day.
