Mikrotik auto backup and upload script to linux server using FTP

How to write simple script for automatic backup of MikroTik configuration and upload to FTP server. I want to upload my Mikrotik router backup file "routername.rsc" to Linux server using FTP. My linux server is debian 9.9.

You can send it to email (google). Then you do not need to setup and secure a ftp server.

I left the scripts, because in serious projects it is not correct. Use better API or for example ready solutions like - Mupsbox backup
