how to reboot Mikrotik 433 with watchdog

I have two router at which the are connected, I need to reboot my my first router if the network crash or ping between the two router is high like 100ms, time out for more then 2 min or destination host unreachable. I know it can be done with watch dog but I don't know how. can you please help me out and tell me what to do step by step.
