hello. Is it possible to run PtP OSPF link between two Mikrotik routers without IP adresses on connected Ethernet ports?
MT has OSPF PTP Unnumbered interface type, but I was unable to get OSPF link with this type and without ip addresses on Ethernet ports.

I'm experimenting with this now... So far I've discovered OSPF will not establish using 'ptp unnumbered' if the interface template specifies the interface. If I the interface selection blank it establishes...

i'm guessing that there's more work to be done. Not sure if it will ever work with "switched" ports in some way, only "real" NICs.

But it would of course be great if it got support.

Unnumbered OSPF or BGP for that matter, does not work on RouterOS, not even on 7.11.2
