Hi,
I am trying to use the Mikrotik router API to control wifi usage for users.
I am able to add a device to connect to the router via an IP.
I would like to add a user to the wifi without using an IP address. Just create a user and password and the user be able to log in.

So what are you trying to do? The scripting part is likely solvable. But it's unclear as to the config you want the API to produce. e.g. Do you want another SSID with different password and/or need L2-only ("no IP") wifi client. Or, are you just trying to throttle user speeds?
