My current setup:
Mikrotik RB750GR3 as a router
Ubiquiti U6 Mesh as AP

They work with about 25-30 different devices on WiFi (phones, tablets, notebooks, TVs (streaming) and some devices of smart house)
Current tariff - 1Gb

I am thinking of replacing my old one router with a new one, it is already 5 years old and seems to be time to change it

I planned to purchase RB5009 to replace it, but after some tests analysis I realized, that, probably, it is too powerful for my requirement and even simpler one will fit me. For example, HAP AX2(with turned off WiFi module) or a new one L009UiGS-RM? Or any other?

Frankly speaking, I am happy about RB750, the only issue - it gives me a speed of about 500-550 mb on wire, I want to have my full gigabit speed

Any ideas and opinion are highly appreciated, thank you in advance!

My honest advice, go with RB5009, it's powerful router and you are future proof with him. And you have PoE version if needed, you have USB port so maybe some containers and you have SFP+ port.
