I can't reset user traffic in user manager, I installed version 7.11.2 and 7.12, but I didn't see reset counters option.

Yes, there is not a Reset Button for Reset the Trafics of the user.
But there is a solution:
1. remove the User
2. Undo The remove
3. remove user from User Profile
4. add the User again.
