managed to broke one the two external black antennas that came with my D53G-5HacD2HnD do we know the replacement part so i can order it?
managed to found this one (HGO-LTE-W) but its white,
i want an official solution.

In fact, we are not selling spare parts separately. However, in this case You can use HGO-LTE-W ( https://mikrotik.com/product/hgo_lte_w ), which is sold as an accessory and is the same as the original one for this device. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a black antenna but only a white one.
