I purchased a LTap Mini, not realizing I needed the "kit" version. So I purchased an R11e-LTE so I could have LTE service. First off there are 3 antenna wires, grey, black and white. Documentation says there are only grey and black. Per docs I installed grey to main and black to secondary on R11e-LTE. I got signal once now can't. Even when it had signal the LTE interface would never go into running state. So, I have an older LTaP Kit. I took the LTE card with cover (antenna) and installed in my new LTaP. All works perfect. So, I know my SIM card, new LTaP seem to work fine. What doesn't work is the new R11e-LTE card. Any ideas? Firmware v7.13.4.
