I have a problem with RB2116 12G 4S+, this device often restarts, especially if using ports 1-12, but if I use it without load on port 13, the device has no problem.

The device firmware is already 7.14, and the problem is still the same

the device restarts erratically, sometimes after 3 hours with a load, sometimes 5 minutes after I unplug the power cable and turn it on again,

Please help, are there any users of this forum who experience the same thing and share the solution.
