Got a new 504 upgraded today to 7.14.2.

Red fault light still on.

Nothing in logs or Health to indicate why.

Does anyone know how to figure out what it's trying to report?

It does seem like the fans are not running even when board temp is around 68C, so maybe the fans are DOA.

But how do I know that's what it is for sure?
