no, what?

what are you trying to do exactly with FTP ?

This is what I meant:

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7600]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

C:\Users\Normis>ftp 192.168.88.1
Connected to 192.168.88.1.
220 normis FTP server (MikroTik 5.0beta5) ready
User (192.168.88.1:(none)): admin
331 Password required for admin
Password:
230 User admin logged in
ftp> quit
221 Closing

C:\Users\Normis>

That has nothing to do with the server. If some client somewhere caches FTP credentials and remembers it and uses the cached credentials to login again after some period of time when the original connection was logged out, what can the server do about it? From the server's point of view it's just another login. Closing the window logs out the FTP session. From the server's point of view, the session is terminated.

Maybe implement port knocking. See the wiki for that.
