Dear all,
i have three IDE Flash installed Mirotik Router OS form factory but now i have problem with them two of them stop and give this error messege (loading system with initrd) and another give this error messege (Starting services....:I: Can't open/nova/lib/reset/reset).

if some one have way to fix both problem i will try to fix it, if no way to fix them i will reinstall Router OS i need to use same licence key how i do that?

Do a netinstall or CD based installation, and then you should be good. If the drive is going bad, you can attempt to contact RouterOS, however, it will be quicker to just get another license.
