I wana learn how to write basic scripts for mikrotik,

Where can i go to learn? i looked on wiki, but the examples are abit complicated? is ther like a API

I know abit of java code? is there anyway to use diff language in the scripts?

It's actually a very, very simple scripting language. Learn programming something else first via whatever book you like. Once you understand basic programming and algorithms the Mikrotik scripting language is trivial to pick up.

I have been playing around and editing other scripts,

Its act fairly simple, its just all the : ; / ]}) things that are not straight forward.
