Hello yuse,

I thing nothing ways for that option, only reinstall to make sure. don't trust me until you have support from Mikrotik DOT com, for default login is username=[admin] and password=[blank], if you changed as your login without backup other user login i thing problem for future.

Peace All

There is not any password recovery methods,
you have to reinstall router using netinstall (or CD), and start configuration from the beginning.

netinstall vcan keep old configuration including user settings and passwords.

to be sure to not o loose passwords anymore create some backup user with access ONLY from safe location. and other users that can access router remove policy option so they cannot chance user settings.

there is NO POSIBILITIES to get your password just brute force.

With netinstall, you can choose not to keep old config.
It will reset the config and also the password

Though I did not lose the pass I got the wireless router from another person.
It's a Monoprice (?) Router and must have this "Webfig?/RouterOS thingy built into it?!?

ALL I wanted to do is get my apache server out there. But this thing is in the way!
What is worse, it is NOT on a PC but is inside this router!!

I had hardware reset the router itself, no entry through this RouterOS v5.20.

No idea what a Torrent is, the Winbox option seems too complicated, and I have no idea how to take care of this.

Anyone with ideas, DO please try and help me out??

Thanks!
