Hello everyone, I'm in a very difficult situation. CCR1036-8G-2S+ acts as a BRAS for ~1000 PPPoE connections.
Periodically, all interfaces turn off for a couple of seconds and then turn on again. I didn’t notice any sequence, it can be repeated a couple of times a day, or maybe 1 time in 2-3 days.
Device temperature is normal (23° device and 44° CPU).
AVG CPU load ~15-30%
There are no errors on interfaces.
There are no errors in the logs.
There are also no scripts and tasks in the scheduler.

Firmware 7.10.2 (stable)
Disk bad blocks: 0.1%

I had similar problems (now under observation) with the same version 7.10.2 on a hAP ax lite.

Currently on version 7.11 with no crashes in 3 days.

Not yet, im done update to 7.11 and this helps little bit but shutdowns still happening but now not very often (7 times in september)
Today I decided to install the old version 7.8

Any of you have l3 hardware offloading enabled? If so try disabling it and seeing if that helps with the stability at all?
