please help me !!

I got problem with RBDynaDishG-5HacD RouterBoard. I can't connect with device cause Ethernet always "Identifying" then Disconnect.
im trying to Hard Reset but i think it didn't work.

USR indicator always Beeping.

please help me to solve that problem.
