I install a pihole on Raspberry Pi4 (pihole IP 192.168.8.217) and I setup DNS setting on Mikrotik RB5009 to Raspberry Pi IP and I setup DNS Server on DHCP Server to pihole and finally I add NAT on Firewall for Raspberry Pi
every things work great BUT If I disconnect Raspberry Pi for any reason the Internet will disconnect also from all clients
Is there any scripts that monitor pihole DNS if it is unavailable It change automatically to 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4

u got option to add more than one DNS, no need script for that

Use Netwatch. It work perfectly. Tools - Netwatch
