Does CSS610 supports IVL now?
Is is possible that IVL is supported in css610 in the future?

I don’t see how you can read the following quote from the manual any other way than, “If you want IVL, buy a CSS3xx.”
Anything else is wishful thinking.
(As far as I can tell, there is only one current CSS3xx product, but all of the CRS3xx support IVL, too.)

The IVL is not supported on CSS610 switches. We have removed the bogus property from the user manual.
