This setup has Mikrotik use your Pihole for any DNS lookups. If Pihole server is up it will use it, if it is not it will revert to Cloudflare DNS within a munite or so. This way your family will be happy their "intenet didn't break".
This isn't an iron clad way to controll all DNS in your home but the majority of your web browsing and DNS will now be blocked by Pihole appropriately.
Setup in Webfig below ---------------------
1) Go to Tools > Netwatch
2) Click "Add New"
3) Enter information below:
**Replace 192.168.1.7 with your Pihole IP**
Host: 192.168.1.7
On Up: /ip dns set servers="192.168.1.7"
On Down: /ip dns set servers="1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1"
4) Click "Ok"
