I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue with my MikroTik hEX S (RB760iGS), specifically related to the MICROSD card slot.

I have attempted to insert various MICROSD cards into the slot, but unfortunately, none of them fit due to the narrow gap in the casing. Interestingly, these same cards work seamlessly with my phone, card reader, and dash cam.

I am uncertain whether the MICROSD card slot on the hEX S is designed for use, as there seems to be no feasible way to insert the card. I am seeking guidance on how to address this situation. Would it be advisable to disassemble the device and manually widen the gap with a knife, or is there an alternative solution you would recommend?
