There is some problem to connect Mikrotik and HP Aruba with 10GBit copper link.
Mikrotik - CRS312
Aruba - 5400R (J9851A), 1/2.5/5/10GBASE-T module (J9995A)
Patch cord - 6A cat (I changed several them)
Auto Negotiation is off on both sides.
This connection is the only one between these switches, last firmwares.
Connect at 1, 2.5GBit - all ok.
Connect at 5,10GBit have errors:

It's not STP problem, on mikrotik STP is off at all, on HP this port is in EDGE state.
I changed ports on both, disabled L3HW on mikrotik, the same error persists.
MK312 connect with the same 312 by 10GBase-T perfectly,
Aruba connect to other Aruba or Huawei switch perfectly too.
How can I try to fix the situation?
