Dear team,

i have RB2011uigs-rm router that connects access points, switches through lan port with local lan on 192.168.1.1/24 and WAN connected to SFP port.

the yeaster IP/PBX is running on static IP address and the remaining devices are on DHCP.

i have done all nececssary configuration for port forwarding as per the instruction manual from yeaster for mikrotik.

the issue we are facing is the packets are dropping as well as for SIP. after contacting the yeaster support, they suggest we look into mikrotik router configuration.

atttached are the screen shot of the log. any help would be appriciated.

What is the PBX?
If it is 3CX, they must stop sip helper

IP PBX is P550 Yeaster brand

Invite from outside should come with public IP not private IP of mikrotik.

Can you put mikrotik config here?

You can try to disable the "SIP Helper" in IP > Firewall > Service Ports, which is equivalent the "ALG" in other routers. (Or if ALG is required — which is unlikely — then make sure it's on the right ports — but with ALG you may just need to allow SIP port to router, likely without an dst-nat of port)
