Trying to power Yealink W70B IP phone base from port 10 (PoE out)

But no dice, "force on", but getting no power on the unit
Via proper PoE switch or injector, it works with no issue

Anybody any ideas?

Did you read the RB4011 specifications? It only supports passive poe out, standard 802.3af/at active poe is _not_ supported.

Does the Yealink W70B support 24V on PoE?
You might need to exchange the default power supply with an 48V version.

Yealink W70B is a 802.3af PD ... so at very least it requires 48V ... And I guess RB4011 as a passive PoE PSE will power it just fine after changing power adapter with a 48V one ... it might be necessary to set PoE out to forced on though.
