I have a similar problem to this ancient thread after factory reset and configuration restore from backup.rsc.
"Last time started" and "Run Count" is changed after running script.
But "Last time started" is empty and "Run Count" is zero after logging out and logging in again via winbox.
I don't absolutely understand where the problem is.
