NETINSTALL cannot connect and PPPOE client bug

Hi, I have a RB5009UG+S+ with a firmware of v7.13.3. My first problem is the PPPOE clients; it shows connected to the PPPOE setup given by the ISP, but the internet can't resolve DNS to my LAN. I tried quick set up to make sure that my configuration is correct, and I doubled the route, and nat, I'm pretty sure that it configured correctly. Now I have suspected that this is a bug, so I decided to reformat by using NETINSTALL. I held the reset button for 10 minutes, but I still could not discover and check the reset button to make sure it was enabled.
