I have the following scenario:
3 CRS326 Switches
3 CCR2116 routers connected to sfp-sfpplus1-3 which act as trunk ports on SW1 and SW2 (aggregation switches) and they carry some VLANs to link the CCRs traffic flows from one to the other.
2 40G breakout cables.
• SW0 is an aggregation switch sfp-sfpplus1-4 inside a bond interface to
o SW1 trunk from qsfp1 (all 4 ports belong to bond1)
• SW0 is an aggregation switch sfp-sfpplus5-8 inside a bond interface to
o SW2 trunk from qsfp1 (all 4 ports belong to bond1)
SW0 is the core switch and the two bond (bond0 & bond1) interfaces belong to a bridge which carries some VLANs.
My issue is regarding RoMON which stops operating correctly, even though the devices show up on neighbors list, they cannot be accessed, Winbox spits out a Cannot establish RoMON connection.
I suspect it has something to do with the bond+bridge+RSTP+horizor+port cost stanza which is unknown water for me on ROS v7. I’m currently running v7.13.4.
