How do i configure the switch for this minimum requirements?

Devices are connected with gigabit on ether1 and ether4
My PC as management on ether6

The two devices can be isolated from my PC as long as i can see them in winbox.
The two devices are communicating with each other. VLAN are supported on them.

• Jumbo Frames – On. (at least 8000 bytes).
• IGMP Snooping – On.
• IGMP Querier – On.
• IGMP Immediate/Fast Leave – On.
• Unregistered Multicast Filtering – On.
