What does this message mean in the log, my searches don't find it..

Message: BgpOutput { sk: Socket{ 4 a } #buf:1 max: 64 } : Write to bgp failed (32)

Searches did show a couple of forum threads about it but never about what it means or how to fix it, just hits that it is a RouterOS issue being fixed in an update.
