Hello! As we know, the ATL LTE18 kit device has a modem R11mL-EG18-EA (i.e. Quectel EG18-EA) inside. This modem, based on the documentation, should support outgoing calls (both voice and data) via the AT command "ATD". However, when trying to do this, I get an error:

> /interface lte at-chat lte1 input="ATD100;"
output: NO CARRIER

The documentation to this effect states:

The connection has been terminated or the attempt to establish a connection failed.

Also, here's the response from the "AT+CEER" command:

> /interface lte at-chat lte1 input="AT+CEER"
output: +CEER: EMM detached
OK

However, no details are available. At the same time, SMS and USSD commands work fine, I get a response.
What am I doing wrong, how can I fix it?
