I had a bunch of sites working well with UM Hotspot using PayPal for many years, but then it suddenly stopped. Whilst trying to fix it I got the SSL working but never managed to fix the payment issue properly. I spent many hours trying to sort and have failed. It's the only problem i've never been able to solve and it really bugs me. It's a hassle for the client too as they have to manually create accounts.
Everything seems to work fine, but the accounts that get created in UM have no profile attached to them. The payment is successful, the account is created with the user/password as well, but no profile is allocated to the new user.
Occasionally one will work for someone and the account is properly created. Adding to the mystery.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated - I am at a loss and have run out of things to try.
