Problem Acquiring a licence key

I tried paying for a software key with my masterCard through my mikrotik web account but when I get to type in the card number and other parameters, the payment system keeps asking me of the CVC2 code which I have already supplied.
I once acquired a key through a reseller and it took him about 2weeks, so this time I dont want to go through him.

I've tried it with winbox but was not successfull and now the purchase of the key @ the mikrotik website is giving me too much problem.

Please help me out.

I mean, I want to get the key directly from mikrotik.
How long will it take and how do I go about it?

Thankx in adv

I've sent a message to Mikrotik support and they replied by asking me of my User ID so as to enable them investigate what the problem is. They also said they will get back to me shortly but it now over 2 days since they said that and I've not heard anything from Mikrotik support ever since I sent them my user id.
In fact If I say I'm not getting frustrated, its a lie.
I'm fed up.
Any body with any Idea?
