My RB450 has version 3.6 installed but didn't come with NTP package. All I see on Mikrotik website is v3.10. How can I get NTP package for v3.6??

You don't. Upgrade to 3.10 it has many bug fixes.

you mean that 3.10 is newer code than 3.6? I guess I wasn't following their numbering convention very well. thanks for the update.
