I'm finding that the MT Hotspot Manager disables our hotspot users after a few hours if they are inactive - despite the user having plenty of time left in their account.
Well I'm still waiting. We have customers who have paid to use the internet and the system is still disabling them - despite having plenty of time left on each account. Its embarrassing!
