I have the similar issues observed on Unifi U6 Pros, which has 1Gb eth. My NAS is wired to CRS326 via 10G DAC, and the Unifi APs are connected to CRS326 via CAT6 cables. It can get 1Gbps from any 1Gb eth device in the LAN, but I can only get 400Mbps download speed from my 10G NAS to any wireless dev...

Re: v7 is significantly slower, at least on x86

First, the linux kernel under v7 doesn't support route caching, so v7 will be slower in most scenarios. Second, CHR doesn't actually fasttrack traffic (although it indicates the connections to be fasttracked) even on v6, I'd assume x86 to be the same case. Third, when you say "CPU reaches 80% ...

I intended to replace my RB4011 with x86 routers, it's little bit tretched when handling 1000M download. 5009 is way too expensive and out of stock most of the time. I started experimenting with the N3160/dual RTL8111H eth. I installed v7.5 with default router config w/wo fasttrack as the 2nd level ...

i think you better let capsman manage all your interfacs, push unified configuration and select channels for the first time then fine tune with some wifi surveys software.

make it work first, then setup vlans.

Your approach as for now, is not easy to debug

localforwarding will increase 2M/s, with fast forward on, i give up, it should be the limit of wap ac.
