Re: timeout while waiting for program 20

We are seeing this on an RB4011 in the field running ROS 6.43.16 - basic ospf mpls type setup.

We are getting the snmp program 23 error.

Has anyone found a fix? It seems to stop our unimus server from backing it up correctly otherwise it seems to be functioning OK.

Btest automatic test through packet sizes

Hi, just wondering if anyone has made something like a script that will run btest that automatically goes through and tests different packet sizes then udp / tcp etc kind of like rfc then dumps to a file? There seems to be bits around the www but nothing like this?

Thanks,

WAP60G / WAP60G x3 downtilt?

Afternoon, We have been deploying the 60ghz equipment in PTMP for a while but have a query with vertical radiation on these WAP60G and WAP60GX3 units. Is it reccommended to have downtilt on these if they are say up a tower and client is 250m away but say 30m lower etc? I notice there are some beams ...

Re: CRS328-4C-20S-4S+ PSU LOG Warning [SOLVED]

I am seeing this here with multiple new units running in data centers.

We are running 6.43.11 on all units.

Re: Create prefix list from learned peer routes

Thanks for the reply! That works fine most of the time In this case I am learning these prefixes via peering as asxxxx as they are peered direct, but they are a customer of our customer so I'm learning them asbbbbb asxxxx etc. So basically all traffic I route to them is back via peering which is fin...

Create prefix list from learned peer routes

Hey, I am trying to gather our transit customer routes dynamically into a prefix list or similar so i can apply inbound filters on peering to automatically prevent routing traffic back to them over peering. Currently we add bgp community to the learned routes to manipulate outgoing traffic OK but ho...

Same issue here. Was loving the 5ghz throughout now just initializing.

To confirm at the moment a reboot fixes mine.

Re: Vmware chr issues - what exactly is broken with mpls?

Ah ok we do this already in vmware for vlan trunking. That also sorts the null0 issues i have been reading about on here?
Thanks!

Vmware chr issues - what exactly is broken with mpls?

Hi, Running chr on hyperv and struggling to rectify poor throughput (3gbps max) on 10gb interface. Loaded vmware and passes 9.8gbps easily. Question is we avoided vmware due to reported mpls issues it has? I am just trying to confirm what exactly they are and if we can workaround it on our border ro...

Re: CHR Performance issues Hyper-V

I am seeing exactly the same issue on one of our servers in production - tcp results 29.9gbps udp struggles with 1.2gbps and lots of packet loss. We are having vlan tx drop issues hence looking into the issue. I have a spare test box with the free licence on identical hardware and gets 11gbps udp 29...

CRS226 transparent L2 bridging

Afternoon, We use CRS226 to provide transparent L2 circuits to customers, before the router os upgrade (new switching configuration) we used to have no issues transparently bridging any traffic coming in on say vlan 10 tagged on the switch uplink port and untagged out an ethernet interface to a cust...

DWDM SFP+ 1gbps OK not 10gbps

Hi Guys, I see a few threads on this floating around not sure if later F/W has sorted it or not. We have a link running Fibrestore SFP+ DWDM 80km modules in two CCR1072. The link works fine when manually negotiated to 1gpbs but on auto it will not connect when manually or automatically set to 10gbps...
