i want to reset my RB532 running mikrotik V3.0rc14 which is on the top of my tower

the problem, is i connected thorugh Ether2..
does after i reset the RB, ether2 will be disable?

old WEB PROXY has better performance than new IP PROXY

hi.. i am using both web-proxy on MT V 2.9.50 and V 3rc13.. but for caching, i feel web-proxy which is the older, has better performance.. the new ip proxy, i didn't feel that it perform as fast as web-proxy.. sometime ip proxy doesn't do any caching.. as to my last thread, which i installed V 3rc13...

I would use a flash drive though for the OS, and then a HD for the rest.
yeah.. nice idea to test the hardware supported by Mikrotik..

On x86 systems I would only use Intel chipsets, that is my 2cents. If you need more performance, wait for the 1000 series to come out. That should help out a lot. Else there is also other Enterprise Grade x86 MTs available that have been pre-tested and such. i see.. so, it's recommended using intel...
