Re: RouterBoard doesn't save configuration.

Try a netinstall with your configuration to see if that fixes the issue

Re: EoIP behind another Mikrotik

What are you trying to ping? If you are trying to ping items behind the tunnel, make sure you enable proxy-arp.

I got mine from https://github.com/BenMenking/routeros-api/blob/master/routeros_api.class.php and when i run it, i get errors such as: PHP Warning: fwrite() expects parameter...

Re: No WAN packets with packet sniffer

I am assuming you are using the same guide from tomfisk (https://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=111727) but in his guide, he provided a link to http://robert.penz.name/849/howto-setup-a-mikrotik-routeros-with-suricata-as-ids/ which is what i followed and I am getting WAN traffic, is this...

Re: RAW

My curiosity is why can't you order them? I think what pietroscherer is trying to say, is in the RAW tab, on the very left if you notice that your numbers are not in order (1...2...3...4... etc) then you will not be able to move the rules around since they are not in order. If you click on the &quo...

Re: Whats wrong with each Microtik OS versions ????

Also i see you have an accept rule for port 25, and a block rule for port 25, If you want to block port 25 completley, put the block rule above the accept rule (or disable the accept rule all together).

Re: Whats wrong with each Microtik OS versions ????

Change the chain to "Input", Forward only blocks traffic passing through the router. If you want to stop from sending email (port 25) from inside your network, change the chain to "Output" which will block all port 25 going out the wan port. Also make sure you specify which inter...

Re: Frequent PPPoE terminations

I'm having this same exact issue, where the log just fills with those errors. I believe the issue is on the service provider's end, (in your case, where ever you are trying to log into). Check the connectivity on the other end of the pppoe connection to see if that is occasionally losing internet co...

Re: Graphing

I have provided images to help you achieve this. It is really simple and you'll probably kick yourself when you realize how simple it is :P You want to make sure "Resource Rules" is selected at the top of the graphing tool box
