Re: RB4011 Metal temperature is really hot

Hello, It's very warm in Serbia and my RB4011iGS+ blocked twice in 3 days. This time I put him in Librenms and last temp before crash was 66C. It was maybe higher, but 4011 didn't report it. SolidMount experience

Hi, I have huge problem with those. Screws get stuck, spinning without unscrewing, can't fasten at all, and huge U bolt got stuck so we had to break it with huge pliers. Today I went to my supplier (Netiks, Belgrade, Serbia) and we tested few brand new pieces. All of them had similar problems. Bad b...

Re: RB4011 Metal temperature is really hot

you need to buy hardware for the installation, not just for the specs. If you are working in hot environments with no natural airflow / air-con then you will need active cooling, so buy a model with active cooling (RB1100AHx4 would be my suggestion). There is more to product selection then just spe...

You can't just make a random aluminum dish and expect it to be better just because of material. There are calibrations done, specifically for the original grid. Antenna design is a precise science, not a form of metallurgy.

Yes, You have to wait a little (a lot) for link to establish. Be patient. First, connect devices in lab conditions, and after that take them to the field. Be sure to use 64800 or 66000. Aiming of LHG is very critical since it has only 2°. That 2° is very different from 5GHz. 60GHz have instant cut-o...

tx-mcs: 8
tx-phy-rate: 2.3Gbps

Have the similiar problem in 2.9.x. In 2.8.x it worked perfect with policy routing. I had 3 policy routing tables: main, wireless and adsl, and then in wireless and adsl i entered users IP address and it worked fine. Why that option had to disapear in 2.9.x???

Broadcast traffic in routed network

Is there a way to broadcast netbios traffic between two segments in routed network. Each segment is in diferent subnet, so WINS server can't do anything with that. I need to have ability for all computers to see each other in "network neighborhood" or "my network places"... Please - urgent!!! :!:

Here is what I have done so far: Win2k with WINS in first network with IP 192.168.0.1 - 255.255.255.0; added wins to DHCP; both subnet clients now have wins; same workgroup.
