Re: If CAPSMAN is enabled, no ESP32 or ESP8266 device can connect to WLAN

As long as you can connect to AP swithout capsman, I'm inclined to believe something is missing in your capsman setup. Can you post an export (with hide-sensitive ofcourse) of your running config on capsmanager? Also a verification of the status on one of the running cap-interfaces vould be nice. (...

Re: If CAPSMAN is enabled, no ESP32 or ESP8266 device can connect to WLAN

Hi quackyo, I have exactly the same wireless setup, that is a separate VLAN for IoT and a virtual SSID for all IoT devices. I run the AP system to the frequencies you mention, paying particular attention so that adjacent APs have no overlapping channels as well. I am not using any extension channels...

If CAPSMAN is enabled, no ESP32 or ESP8266 device can connect to WLAN

Hello to all! I have been using ESPhome firmware (1.15.0) with a multitude of devices that are based on either ESP32 or ESP8266 (e.g. WeMOS D1/D1 Mini). The wireless network is provided by Mikrotik Access Points, including the model RBcAPGi-5acD2nD and RouterBOARD cAP L-2nD ones (all running firmwar...

with the well-known Mikrotik wireless coverage and performance issues Nonsense...it's more difficult to configure MikroTik Wifi (and router as well), I don't have any issues. I mentioned that I have performed many Miktotik installations, most of them with 2-figure APs. This does not mean however th...

CAPSMAN (local fwd) excessive memory leakage and devices not connecting to CAPSMAN SSIDs

Hello to all, I own one cAP AC (RBcAPGi-5acD2nD r2) and one cAP Lite (cAP L-2nD). They were working as independent APs until now (different SSIDs among them) with the well-known Mikrotik wireless coverage and performance issues. They are both running RouterOS 6.47.1. As I live in a two storeys house...

Re: NTP not working despite updates

Hello, I can confirm the same behavior regarding the build-in SNTP server and the firmware change to 6.39.1 and 6.39.2 from 6.38.x. The Routerboard model is 2011UiAS with firmware ar9344 v3.33 We are syncing the Routerboard with a server and we use it as a time server to time sync other devices atta...
