External IP is indeed dhcp, but it is always the same. IPv6 still worked somehow.
I have downgraded to 6.45.6 friday evening, problems have gone. Downgrading works remarkably well, good job.

Is there any known reason why (what looks like) all NAT stops working in 6.45.7 after a few hours?
