This issue is fixed in the latest RouterOS version in the testing branch - 6.46beta59.
It also will be fixed in the next stable and long term branches.

Try the latest RouterOS from testing branch. Which currently is 6.46beta28. Please post logs from your RB4011 at the time Google device disconnects from the access point. Also, you can write to support@mikrotik.com and send supout file from your router. That would speed up receiving help from MikroT...
In RouterOS 6.45beta19 there is a known bug that 5GHz WLAN interface disappears. Affects only specific devices - those that have wireless 5GHz interface-type=Atheros AR9888.
Downgrading back to 6.45beta16 or earlier returns the interface.
