Re: BGP network syncronize bug?

I forgot one major detail. The BGP instance was set with routing-table=bgptest so the routes i got from the ISP won't mess up the main routing table until i verify everything is ok, and set up policy routes. Of course the loopback inteface reachability was in the main table Flags: X - disabled, A - ...

Re: Vlan on 6.41RC need help to understand how it works.

I have a some CRS326, and yeah we had issues, but with RC50+ it seems to work (we still have some STP issue, which I'll try to recreate on clean env if i have time).
I just said, even if there is no HW offload, it's easier to config, maybe more logical for a cisco-person.

I don't want to interrupt but if we talking about the new RCs, why not use the shiny new vlan aware bridges? I find that more understandable if one used anything switchlike, and if it's on a hardware with good switch chip we can enjoy the hw offload -you can create one bridge let's say br1 with vlan...

BGP network syncronize bug?

Hi, I discovered a possible bug in ROS 6.40.5. I had to create redundant connection with our ISP, i was advised that we get a public /28 subnet, and we should advertise it on our two router. The main router is a CCR1009, on recent-ish RC ROS, uplink comes in ethernet/sfp como port, i named it ether0...

Re: v6.41rc [release candidate] is released! New bridge implementation!

We've bought several CRS326 for our network expansion plan, as we had no major issues with MT routers. As I see the future is the new offloaded bridge feature, so I tried the RC line as the 6.41 will be probably released before these switches become prod. As for switching between ports, they work, t...
