Ping timeout from one side

Hi,
I have two mikrotik router from one router to other ping is working normally without losing packet.
But from other router it is losing packet
What could be the problem?

VPN is good solution. Drop access from public ip address and allow only from lan side.

The mobile provider don't provide public IP address, so you can not use functionality of public address, remote access to router, port forwarding etc..

This rule didn`t block team viewer. Only when I add team viewer to regexp it block it, but again for all network :( It's not clear what rule you are referring to when you write "this rule." Hi, I have blocked team viewer server: chain=input action=drop src-address=178.77.120.0/24 log=yes log-prefix="" How can I allow only one IP address to use teamviewer ?
