We can't help without your config export. Check your access-list if there is any if you have roaming enabled please check also if you have a bridge added in your datapath and have stp or rstp enabled on that bridge.

I have an issue where I have applied rules in Capsman access-list for allowing devices signal range between -80 and 120 and reject -81 to -120. The last rule rejects all and that works fine. But if I want to reject someone's mac address to connect at all using the time option in that access list it ...
