capsman slow dynamic provisioned 5ghz AC interfaces [SOLVED]

Hi, I notice something when I use "create-dynamic-enabled" for 5ghz AC interfaces. 5ghz AC interfaces go up significantly slower than 2.4ghz N Is that a normal or I miss something? HEX is used for capsman and I have 2 cap (wAP AC and CAP AC) # jul/14/2020 23:10:24 by RouterOS 6.47.1 # soft...

IPIP IPSEC performance

Hi, Currently I have around ~65MBit connectivity between 2 sites, IPIP/IPsec tunnel work great however I cannot get more than ~20MBit between both sites , I already try to decrease tunnel mtu to 1400 but this really don't help a lot (for tcp) . Since I don't have a lot of experience with vpn perform...

Re: CHR suggestions for new functionality

I doubt you will see such features. Would it be cool? Absolutely! I would imagine you will grow old and die before you see the requested features ;) I made a Mikrotik based SD-WAN solution for a client that works quite well. I spent a month in the lab testing various scenarios to get the desired fu...

Re: CHR suggestions for new functionality

I see several requests across the forum for SD-WAN, CHR is a good candidate for http://wanproxy.org/ I just test it and look promising (at less for small network). Unfortunately total lack of documentation, however it is BSD licensed which should be ok to implement it in routeros. I'm sure routeros ...

Re: CHR suggestions for new functionality

Another suggestion is if is possible to integrate storage over network (smb/nfs) mounts. In virtualization environment we can have both FB storage via esxi for example or other vm used as a storage 'proxy'. I'm not sure how complicated is to implement nfs/smb clients in routeros but is useful functi...

eoip + ipsec fastpath

Couldn't change Interface <EoIP interface> - cannot enable fastpath together with ipsec yet (6)

Is this mean some day in the future we will be able to have EoIP tunell with fastpath and ipsec together ? If so when we can expect it

Regards,

Re: CHR suggestions for new functionality

Small web server, if MikroTik would want to give us something like that, would also make sense for any other RouterOS, not just CHR. And it's also true for pretty much anything else you can think of (any service and such). CHR needs VM-specific stuff. VM tools being a nice example. Or all kinds of ...

Hex v3 ( RB750Gr3 ) EoIP/IPsec

Hi,

I'm new in the forum, I have a quick question for hex and EoIP.
If we use EoIP and IPsec (aes-128-cbc) is this will use hardware acceleration for encryption in hex ?

From what I check hw accerl. should work just I need a confirmation.

Thanks
